the only thing i can think of ray was in liverpool and he was subconsiously thinking of london,ive got the konk studios address i could always ask him direct or e-mail him later i nearly always send a xmas card to konk anyway

I've downloaded it from Kazaa and listened to it several times. I agree with jj that there's nothing in the lyrics that suggests Liverpool rather than London.
