Well Bob, if I could quote magoo "tattooed, pierced slappers with Essex accents."
This seems a fairly reliable indicator of a girls standing in the social hierarchy and a good working definition of downmarket. There are also additional criteria one could add to magoo's definition, like - lariy, unreliable, not too bright, no style, no dress sense etc.
