I'm not a man city fan & my team ain't even in the premier.
But I know a quality player when I see one a player who did play for the team & not stop running for 90 mins.
A foreign player who actually cared about his team & the fans not just over here for the money.
Nice show of respect by man city retiring his number 23 shirt number.
