Following on from Dodgy Accents, what about 'Authentic Accents'?
My nominations are Alan Rickman and Jeremy Irons as Germans in the Die Hard films.
Pleeeeease Steve56, DON'T mention Gordon Kaye as a Frenchman in 'Allo 'Allo!!!!!!!!!

Of course, we have to mention ANY John Lindsay loop from the 1970's that are dubbed with ludicrous Sloane Square accents for the ladies, and Jack-the-Lad accents for the males.

linda hayden(robin askwiths ex girlfriend) in an of THE PROFESSIONALS called BACKTRACK from late 1970s. she's beautiful but does a terrible german accent. correction episode was called BLACKOUT

was that the 1 were she rushes in a church in bra /knickers?,tony booths german accent in the saint went into a scouses it was laughable.
