People think Chicken Tikka is a trad Indian dish when in fact it's more British than Indian. First thought of in a curry house in Birmingham I think.

He has 2 cups with his canelloni. Funnily enough, not espresso or cappucino, although he did have a filter one once..........with slow braised Lamb Shank in red wine sauce.
