I hope you're all aware of the Tom Cruise follicle equation that has been apparent in his films pretty much since the start.

Put simply: Good Hair = Good Film. Bad Hair = Bad Film. For instance:

Good Hair/Film : Risky Business. Top Gun. Mission:Impossible. Eyes Wide Shut. Magnolia.

Bad Hair/Film : Interview with the Vampire. MI:2. The Color of Money. Born on the Fourth of July. Days of Thunder.

His latest - The Last Samuari - is supposed to be terrific, but only time, and his barber, will tell.

Haven't seen it yet. After what he did to AI: Artificial Intelligence, namely ruin it with added sugar, my Spielberg embargo still has a few months left to run.

I can't believe that you, a grown man actually liked VS one of only two films that I've seen at the cinema and fallen asleep during, the other being Hannibal.

VS is definately in my top ten worst films I have ever seen.

Sorry to say that the goodhair/film theory is shot to shit with the inclusion of Eyes Wide Shut.

Just curious but how did Matthew Broderick get into this topic? He wasn't part of The Outsiders/Brat-Pack set.

Arnie, the son of a jumped up Nazi cop...down to Earth?
No ay in a billion years.
The guy is a power hungry bitch.
Nasty to work with unless you're part of the "In" crowd.

Back in the 80's, he was caught doing the Nazi salute before meals.
He passed it off as a joke.
Then later on he did the whole "Please find out if my dad was a Nazi or not as I'm really innocent" routine in America.
So a team found out that Gustav Schwarzenegger was indeed a Nazi party member.

You guys can go and make up your own mind about how impressionable young Arnold & his brother were.

For the record, read the following and see what kind of a fucking stupid career move he could have made.
Also remember his involvement with Kurt Waldheim. Remeber too that Arnie was fotographed with Jorg Haider, he of the extreme right wing freedom party.

"Haider has praised Hitler's "sensible
policies" and also been filmed at a secret SS reunion."
