Macca has written a whole classical piece called 'Standing Stone' & is very popular with listerners of Classic FM but I guess would be viewed a bit diiferently by true classical music lovers!!

in fact i recall in 97 there was a potp xmas edition of all the xmas no 1s from 1960-97

If you look at some of them it is crazy that they ever got to No1, but you know what happens at Christmas.........someone comes out with a novelty record & before you know it it's No1!!!!
