I object m,lord, I haven,t made a flippant remark!, well not yet anyway, nor am I going to, I think love is a wonderful thing, I have a woman that loves me, and it,s a great thing, she doesn,t even stay with me for the money, she has far more than me!. No! love is a great thing, I,m not knocking it, as you know Maggs my g/f is a Geordie, they dont come much better than that.

A while back I met someone who I thought was the one, but turned out to be a lying two-faced skank who never said truthful word to me.
In hindsight I should've listened to my best friend when he told me that she was wrong in every sense of the word, except in the way of ever having had a sex change she was born female and was female when i met her, also when she was modelling and on tv.

Much as I despise Mr Allen as a person (his wit and wisdom are wonderful, however), he's hit the nail with that one, Magoo. Unrequited love is like a sexually transmitted disease---it's a gift that just keeps giving, mostly pain and regret and other feelings of inadequacy. Therefore, long after working relationship has broken up, it's the one that got away that keeps in the front of your mind.
