One classic, back in the days of the 25 minute format, had two regular characters (Boyden and Page) on night shift discovering the bodies of a woman and her baby at the foot of a tower block, and a spellbinding performance by Dougie Henshell as the man who, inadvertently, caused their deaths. No scenery chewing, no dramatic music, just quiet and chilling television.
