Correct me if I'm wrong.
WarnerBros(?) producers of Homer Simpson brought an action against a small brewery on the South Island (NZ) because they had a beer with the same name as Homer's fave.
And didn't "Posh" Beckham try to get some English football team to drop its nickname Posh.

You meant to say...Mc Manipulative really!, you know that big thick juicy 1/2 pound cheeseburger with gunge hanging 2" out of each side, and a load of fries that go cold between you taking them out of a carton, and them going in yer mouth, followed by a thick 1000 calorie artery clogging milkshake..................................well!, thats your tea that is.
