yes buttsie totally agree mate, apart from somebody wants to tell some of your swimmers that, what about your chances of world domination at the World Cup, you guys have to qualify from the Oceania section then play the 5th team from South America or something, seems a tad unfair that.

I disagree about our Swimmers being arrogant...they are just super positive
You can't respect your opposition and be arrogant at the same time
Our greatest swimmer Ian Thorpe still has a touch of humility about him
The same sort of humility that the 400 metre USA runner Michael Johnson always showed...supremely confident but not cocky
The only time the swimmers mouth off a little is when they are competing against the Yanks to see who is going to be Number 1 in the World
Its all part of the mental war
Another good example of arrogance was the American Spinters after their
4 x 100 final in Sydney 2000.Showmanship is one thing but these 4 thought they were super heros
All the Mens Relay Track Teams from the US of A have that contempt for the rest when they say Oh it don't matter who's running for us we always win
