Its a bitch spilling stuff on the keyboard...mines covered in KY jelly and peanut butter...doesn't seem to be hindering the performance but the poor mouse seems to have a direction all of its own like its in an oil slick

Maybe you should invest in a protective cover for the keyboard if such an animal exists

Consider an extension keyboard.

You can get a USB keyboard, and push the laptop further away
so if you spill anything it will go onto the cheaper keyboard
rather than expensive laptop.

I know how you feel, I was eating a bowl of cornflakes & milk and
spilt it all over my laptop, but luckily my company replaced it soon
after.

I would remove all the parts you can (hard disk, battery etc) and
leave it to dry out overnight.

lol u guys...i wasnt using the comp, it was on the floor by my bed and i knocked over the drink with the end of my barbells practising THE EXERCISES DEUCE TOLD ME TO DO lol....they dont seem to be getting ne better and they arent as simple as the regular keyboard ones...
