A grubby money grabbing cunt, but also a very shrewd and clever person. Made millions on the Sex Pistols whilst they got nothing. He tried to bring rap into the fore after hearing The Clash's 'Magnificent 7' and Blondies 'Rapture' but it didn't take off until Run DMC covered Aerosmith's 'Walk This Way'
Tried to bring Opera to the fore, and again, with limited sucess. Opera REALLY came of age to the masses with Italia '90 World Cup where 'Joe Public' first heard the fantastic tenors of Pavarotti et al
