Yep, he was alright, a very angry young man who hated Mc artney, well he hatted everything....but he was better than nobby, who was on the road to nowhere.....

Those two big moles in the middle were very attention-grabbing.

I suspect, then, that 'whinnet' (as in Douglas Adams' "whinnet-ridden Vogons") is much the same thing, only spelt more poshly.
Like how 'poo' is spelled 'pooh' in Surbiton, as if that made it any the less shitty..........
