The Water Margin was a slightly more serious and violent version.
Both now out on DVD at all good retailers near you.
I perfected the Monkey voice and would readily attempt to whip up a cloud ride at the flick of three fingers. You all know you tried it yourself.
Hands up who thought Tripitaka was a girl? ME! ME! ME!
David Collings provided the Monkey voice...there S56, I too have a crap database in my head ....ok I lied, I just checked it up on the net.
By the way, there are 13 episodes trhat were never dubbed into english and so never shown outside of Japan, well they are being dubbed now by the surviving original cast and we will get them this year on DVD with luck.
