I can remember ITMA,GRAND HOTEL,SEMPRINI,MANTOVANI and many more which for the life of me I cannot remember the names.
Theres plenty of reason why the youth are angry
A guy I used to work with aged 21 had 10 part time/casual jobs in a 3 year period.He was never sacked just made redundant when the firms collapsed or downsized.
On the other hand I walked straight into a full time job with on the job training from school which lasted 16 straight years
5 years ago the same firm introduced an apprenticeship scheme where you did 2 days training in class a week and 3 days work.You got paid 75% of a normal wage and after 12 months were either asked to stay or go.Of course the bank cherry picked the cream of the crop and sent the rest packing.Far to few of these types of schemes around sadly
Pretty hard to get experience if no one will employ you
So everybody is trying to get into University or Tafe to get qualified but there aren't enough places to go round
A pretty vicious circle
