John Otway?

1977: Cor Baby, That's Really Free
2002: Bunsen Burner (terrific - BTW)

(also Norman Greenbaum of Spirit in the Sky OHW fame had another hit with The Eggplant that Ate Chicago under the pseudonym Dr. West's Junk Show and Medicine Band.)

I'm sure there's more...

Jonathan King made a career out of one-hit wonders. In varying guises, he released Johnny Reggae, Leap Up And Down With Your Knickers, Hooked On A Feeling, Una Paloma Blanca among others.

Not exactly a one-hit wonder Buttsie, he followed up Baker Street with 'Night Owl' and don't DARE forget that excellent song of his that can only be played slicing someones ear off too, 'Stuck in the Middle' by Steelers Wheel (Rafferty's first band- which he penned and sang) made famous in Resevoir Dogs
