think they were based in germany for a while[ufo]scorpions from cologne were good too.

The Rudolph/Michael Schenker German link Stevie. Michael was guitarist for UFO before founding MSG (Michael Schenker Group) Rudolph founded The Scorpions

They had a couple of belting album covers, I remember Animal Magnetism with a doberman pinscer having a 'taste' of a sexy bird.
Another had a couple in a car and she had a wad of chewing gum on her tit that had stretched onto the blokes hand who was copping a feel

love drive i had that one and best of scorpions with a fat arsed bird on the cover,i taped animal magnetism on to a c90 in 1980.

Iron MAIDEN a metal band...Maybe? but certainly over hyped IMO

I'd always thought of them as lacking that kind of sound

Far to light on the bass

Apart from Number of the Beast I thought they were pants but then each to his own

Infact I'm labelling the Special Import Double CD of Number of the Beast
the worst in my collection
