I've seen too many people turn unusual shades of green after eating shellfish to ever be tempted. Anything cooked wrongly can make you ill. But shellfish can be particularly nasty to your digestive system.

I hope the 'flatties' you're refering to don't include Halibut.

As for anything else I eat the lot whole, heads, tails, bones and skin everything. Shellfish, the lot.

I certainly wouldn't entertain the thought of eating another halibut.

You (I assume) wouldn't eat another human, but you do eat other mammals (2nd assumption).
