Singer with 'US punk' (Don't make me laugh) band 'The Dead Boys.
Fancied himself as an actor and made a couple of duffers.......as they all do. Got ran over in 1990 in France, but got up, walked back to his hotel where he succumbed to his injuries and died.
Not missed.....and certainly NOT in the same league as, say, Johhny Thunders or Joey Ramone
