Wolverine can be disarmed...there was an issue of X-Men where Magneto pulled the adamantium skeleton out through the pores of Wolvie's skin.
It took a Herculean effort on Magneto's part, but it got the job done.
Personally, having given it some thought, I've come to the conclusion that Luke Cage is the hardest superhero...anyone who can walk around in an outfit that raging yet not get any snide comments about it (especially the boots!) must be pretty hard...

What about Joan Grey's Alter ? or Phoenix ? thats a pretty goddamned hard, whatever that is heh
The hulk i aggree would be hard, BUT and this is a BIG but, his Mega Jump was all but ignored in 90% of his non comic stuff, hos growth was denied in majority of his stuff, so i'm not sure what exactly you could class as being his.
