I saw her perform it on CD:UK (i'm not sure why) and the presenter described it as a "sex with your ex" anthem.
One of her other songs, "Some Girls" was about oral sex though, so the anal angle might not be wrong.

I too picked up on the "I let you in my back door" lyric. What a lovely thought, ramming it up her chutney pipe. Kylie was supposedly introduced to claypit action by Hutchence, who was allegedly hung like a stallion.
I imagine Charlotte Church loves Henson tackling her from the rear.
