The more you read about this problem the more you come to understand there is no simple one stop fix solution
I just cut & pasted your error message here and came up with umpteen discussions,one of which provided this useful stop message knowledge base link
Also if you want to test that your memory/RAM is actually working properly try Doc memory here It creates a floppy that you boot from that will test your RAM. Sure enough one of my sticks was bad.
The tech at Microsoft said that more often than not the blue screens are due to memory issues.
