Of that ten 2, 5 and 6 get the nod from me.
It's well worth routing through the various results on the left, as this is only done once per decade.

They were free to vote for whatever they wanted, though admittedly something like this was always going to have a very academic slant to it considering the participants.

what about the best films of 2005?
I enjoyed A History Of Violence
but Batman Begins was probably my fave.
Downfall was great. Was that 2005 or 2004?

My fav films, The Lady Vanishes 1930s Hitchcock version, and any of the sherlock holmes films with Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce. Most film By Kurosawa also.
