This best of seventies TV awards link is a laugh

Columbo better than Kojak...in ya dreams baby

best sci-fi = mork & mindy...yeah right ;-)

It would be remiss of me not to mention the 2 most sickly family orientated shows ever let loose on the public in the latter part of the twentieth century

The Partridge Family and The Brady Bunch

CRINGE CRINGE CRINGE!!!!!!!

No way are they worse than 'Waltons' or saccarine sweet 'House on the Little Prarie'

All 4 typical American dream shit

I wouldn't know novbody in our house hold ever paid them much attention

To many 'Quality' Australian & British shows left little or no time for any yankee programs

Thankfully there was always the addams family when you were in need of some non-sickly type entertainment

Followed later by Married with Children

Anything to counter balance those sickly sweet shows like The Cosby Show

M*A*S*H and the original Kojak, all the rest were crap then and still are now... even (maybe especially) Starsky & Hutch.

As for Columbo... FFS!!! After 2 minutes you know who, why and how and then have to endure another 58 minutes of the same plot as last week... "oh just one more thing..."

I agree, Columbo used to [and still does] get on my tits, he was one of the most annoying, irritating little shits ever.
