makes one nostaligic for the one we used to be shown at school - all covered in pink, it was! not that there's any comparison, of course!
interestingly, this map is being hosted on the website of the federation of american scientists, where it states: "the Federation continues its 60-year exemplary record of achieving meaningful results in strategic security, with research and education projects in nuclear arms control and global security; conventional arms transfers; proliferation of weapons of mass destruction."
alas, it would seem that this supposedly respectable body is nothing but a dastardly front for the islamification of the western world. either that, or this map is a rather silly joke by someone who's bored with bunson burners. personally, i think the former seems the more likely. after all, who would dare joke about such a thing?
