I was a young whipper snapper of a lad in "73", some good memories, some not so. So I've decided to list a few pros. and cons.
Plus. No disease's that could kill you, for having a shag.
Minuses. Racism, It was real bad and I'm mean real bad.
Plus. Alice Cooper, Rolling Stones, Rod Stewart and the Faces, Tamla Motown, The Stooges, Velvet Underground, Bowie.....
Minuses. Leo Sayer, Bay City Rollers.. The Partridge Family ..
Pluses. dirt cheap beer, tabs, petrol.
Minuses.Inflation, 10 or 12 percent I think, yearly.
Pluses. Stockings on birds ( seeing we're on a retro slant) they always wore them, and with pride.
Minuses. Platform boots for men, ugly and shit at the same time.
Pluses. britain officially not at war with anyone.
Minuses. Getting the shit blown out of everywhere in mainland Britain by the I.R.A.
Plus. Arthur Scargill.
Minus. Arthur Scargill.
plus. The film, "A Clockwork Orange",
Minuses. Football nutters who insisted on looking like "Alex and his droogs".
