Bloody cheek the way that family choose to be born as royalty and then decide to be treated differently than the rest of us. (bit of sarcasm there for those republicans who have no sense of humour) Any decent survey that has been carried out since the death of Oliver Cromwell has shown the British public want a Royal family, I ignore any survey carried out amongst the staff of the Socialist Worker or a straw poll down the pub.
Our Royalty is the envy of the rest of the world especially the U.S and bring in more revenue than it costs the taxpayer to keep them. They have to spend their lives in the spotlight not being able to do what they want and the bulk of them bring joy to many with their visits etc
The Princes have joined the armed forces because it is expected of them not because they want to and it would be very bad PR if they went and got themselves killed in action. How many of the writers of these posts have signed up and put their lives on the line?
Given the choice I would sooner be me than a member of the Royal family, I can do what I like when I like with no disaproving newspaper slagging me off for it.

OK Dorrin Please explain why God created the likes of Prince Andrew and Edward....................you can't honestly say that the Americans come over to see the likes of them two........eh ?
