Yeah. I visited the Bexley address/shop once, just for investigative purposes you understand(!), and I really wish I hadn't gone out of my way to do so. More choice and better range in my local cornershop! I should have known better.
Regarding the Canterbury address - it's a pretty genteel place, is Canterbury, and I reckon that it's no more than a mail holding office.

Ta for the confirmation re Bexley: never visited, but the flyers seemed identical.
Even the R18 from the latter seems suss: if you need an R18 supplier who does m/o and is reliable, mail me.

Er, could I just point out that HCC will be offering a wide range of R18 DVD's in their next mailshot.
