I can't remember all of this but I can remember the basic story (thanks to the wonders of alcohol), i'm sure someone will be able to fill in the rest.
Mick Jagger was bitchin about Charlie Watts for some reason ( i think it had something to do with poor drumming),When Watts was told he left the meal he was eating found and confronted Jagger with the words " I'm not your drummer, You're my singer!" knocked Jagger out and went back to finish his meal.

Not about Rock Stars, but Lemmy used to joke about the difference between a pig and a Motorhead roadie. A pig wouldn'y stay up all night to fuck a Motorhead roadie.

The version I heard had Jagger waking Watts up with an idea for a song (or something) during the night whilst staying at a hotel during a tour.
"'Ere, you're my drummer. Get yerself up here." says Jagger.
Watts gets out of bed, puts suit on, and walks up to Jagger's suite.
Knocks on door. Jagger answers.
Watts utters that imortal line, lamps him flat, then calmly returns to bed.
Priceless, and yes, probably the best.
