I even went as far as thinking that he might have been wronged some way too i.e. stolen wallet, caught a disease maybe one he can't get rid of, whatever.

I beg to differ with you about Max myself but I don't think he's a killer or killed anybody, but I did point out that a man with that kind of a track record of making movies of that kind, it is a coincidence that HE'S there where these girls are ending up murdered.

I didn't read the "HE" part i.e. "Has been" instead of "Has he been". Well that rules him out.

I think the sickest thing about this thread is the suggestion that someone might pick Ipswich as a holiday destination.
