It's not often I use the word genius with regard to ITV (this is probably the one and only time), but having the lovely Ms Kramer fronting (fnaar) this programme can be described in no other way. Her eyes hypnotise you until you find yourself almost wanting to phone in to avoid disappointing her. What a babe!
