Received their new catalogue this morning, front page reads " If you don't reply we'll say goodbye", cheeky b****rds, Surely that's the line customers should take with them!
They also describe this catalogue as their 60th year anniversary edition!!!
With their level of customer service I'm surprised that they lasted one year.
