2. As a form of compliment. Done in the right tone, this may have been said to be plesent. After all the guys may know the girls well. I myself will say things to people I know well, that beween us both is funney or pleasent, but to somone who does not know us, will sound offensive.
3. Just to show off to there mates. People often try to shopw off, and go somtimes a bit far.

As for confindence, I would not say that if a girld did not want to pose she was not confident, after all not all of us would get turned on by showing off nude.

I would suspect thought that, those who did it would feel a bit more confident about themselves but suprised by what they did.

When I was young (70's) we were working class. Council house (its been bought now, i still live in it) one black and white tv, holiday at blackpool for a week. This was the norm.

Its the reson why Thatcher helped people buy their homes, as a definition of being middle class is a home owner.

These days, people do not talk or think working class, people have middle class outlooks. Most people talk of holidays in other countries, peolle buy different food now as a norm (go back to the 70's and pasta was not even comman).

The uk has changed a huge amount in very few years.

Take Leeds today, go back 20 years, no one would belive you if you told them what Leeds would be like today. Leeds is coffe bars and so on.

Lets face it, all jobs are now working class. Even cleaners have a fancy name.

Some may say that the working class are still around, but I cannot see it.
