Crouch is actually shit in the air IF he gets a challenge on him. Give him all that free space to jump into and even he can't fuck it up, but there we were with Toure and Gallas (both junk in the air) and Senderos on the bench.
Senderos is far from brilliant, but he's not afraid to challenge for the ball and he would have given Crouch a harder game.
So depressed after yesterday's result I didn't know what to do all afternoon. So I went to bed.

Every team buys the title even if the squad cost 1p.
More money usually equals more success, but not always. Ask Leeds & Newcastle.
However Chelsea have spent over double what Man Utd have in half the time on players. The main difference between Chelsea and other teams that have 'bought' titles is that other teams always payed big money for 1st team regulars while Chelsea pay big money for players just to stop other clubs buying them.
SWP and Scott Parker are 2 that would have been better off never going to Chelsea, and Wayne Bridge is too good a player to just be backup for Ashley Cole.

Gosh you've been busy. Are you seriously saying that Man U have spent more than Chelsea? I can't be arsed to do it but I'm sure you could come up with figures like those for most of the top teams in the Premiership.
One thing I will say about Liverpool and especially Man U, at least there are some English (and British) players who regularly play for them and in Man U's case we have Scholes, Giggs and Neville who have been playing for us since the Premiership started just about. You could throw a brick into the Arse changing room most weeks and never hit an English player.

I'm really scared of us being in a battle against Arsenal for 3rd place, just hope Liverpool don't go out for any team meals !grin!
4-1, 4-1!

Some REAL shite in amongst that lot for the money that was spent on them. Mind you, we've had our fair share of shite at The 'Bridge over the past few years as well

Not sure if the Famous Man Yoo will hold out for the title. A couple of hiccups and well who knows. They always seem to stumble away at City these days and they're hardly class at the moment. Anyway, I should think with all that money spent they should win the league hands down. Not sure what Arsenal are doing this season, they are certainly missing Henry thats for sure. And Chelsea just about scraped a win at Watford too. Anyway, I think the relegation battle between the bottom 10 seems more interesting at the moment!! Never seen it so tight! (Ooh 'er!)
