Carol Smilie comes across as a right two faced witch, especially when she's with Laurence after they've just destroyed some poor sod's bedroom/living room. She says "Well sorry you didn't enjoy our f**k-up, it's your fault, not ours; I.E. I don't give a shit, I'm getting paid for this ..
