All I can say is whatever address is on the website! If you can reach this forum, you must be able to find that - someone here provided a link...

If people have had 'trouble' before, I believe that 'trouble' would have been resolved. If you did get sent the wrong video or DVD (never happenned to me!) I am sure it would be sorted out.

A bit better than when I have sent cheques to many other company's in good faith only to get nothing in return.

Without meaning to seem condescending why not -

1) Actually try sending off your order, with the video you want from their catalogue (they would send you one, were you to ask, I believe most if not all, the catalogue is probably on the website too) clearly specified to avoid mix-ups...

2) If you are still nervous, because you are sending cash, credit card payment, cheque payment, and postal order payment would be possible I believe..

I've ordered vids and more recently DVDs from FC for 7 or 8 years and on the one occassion where i did have a problem (a tape was damaged in transit), I contacted them and they sent another copy out to me.

The website is easy to use, and each title has thumbnails.
Send cash by REGISTERED (not recorded) post, or better still, postal orders by ordinary mail (this may be slightly cheaper than registration).
And order with confidence: in the unlikely event of an error, they will sort it out ASAP.
