Possession of Indecent images of children under 18 is criminalised by the Criminal Justice Act 1988 and Public Order Act 1994 and also the Sexual Offences Act 2003. The latter raised the age limit from 16 to 18.

Traci Lords back catalogue (with the exception of one film, possibly two) IS classed as under age by British Law. No ifs, buts or maybes.

what are you talking about mojo? no ones talking about american laws, she started in porn when she was 15, 16. it's illegal to have sex under the age of 16 here, it is illegal to make or distribute porn featuring anyone under the age of 18 here nothing to do with america fullstop! the fact that you want to watch essentially child pornography seems very wrong to me, should the mods not step in here? they seem quick enough to delete posts when some of the pornstars on here get offended by things!

What's the age of consent law there for then (16 in the UK remember), as some pretty meaningless decoration? In the UK you become a consenting adult at 16, NOT 18 as the US would like to dictate to us.

And another thing, in at least parts of Europe (Germany for one) her early stuff is quite legal. So why the hell did we join Europe and have them dictating crazy things like me having to keep the headlights on my bike on at all times if the age of movie consent is going to be still in the hands of UK government?! !confused! So, Europe can take the off switch off my bike, but they can't even up the movie laws in the UK with Europe? !annoyed!

All her stuff except for two movies were done between the ages of 16-18. The first one was made just before she was 16, and the last was made when she was 18. Are you Yank, by chance? That sort of talk can only come from someone who doesn't know (ie. doesn't agree a.k.a. disagrees with) our laws of consent. But what you don't realise, my old mucker, is that we're not in the US, hence American laws can go and swivel! !happy! I say again, in the UK someone is legally of the age of sexual consent if you are 16 YEARS OLD.

Oh, and you all know why the UK porn laws are equal to the US laws, don't you? It's not because of our laws of sexual consent in the UK, it's because of distribution of vids to the US. QED

i'm scottish you twat, yes the age of consent is 16 here, and it is also 16 in most states in america but it is still classed as child pornography if they are under 18 dickhead, mods i think this guys ip adress should be logged and passed onto the police!
