I've watched a few MH movies (the Euro versions), and at the beginning there are no fewer than three warnings to indicate to the viewer that, (a), all the models are over eighteen, (b), everyone has been checked for STV's and AIDS, and (c), all acts are performed consentually.
Acts between consenting adults should not be subject to censorship!

I can never pass up an opportunity to say how much I LOVE Catalina. But I dont know why people are picking on Max so much - there is heaps of similar stuff being sold openly through established porn suppliers and no one batts an eyelid. Half the German stuff is just a start.

				Snuff movies? Face-stamping? Amputations?
Of course certain acts between consenting adults should be subject to censorship.

If you really believe that, then it's definately the thin end of the wedge as far as freedom of expression is concerned.
BTW, porn has moved on a long way since the 1950's. Perhaps you want it to return to that era?
