Well yes, you are right, it is not a legal definition, but it is
basically HARDCORE, with no cuts and it is legal in other countries apart from the UK. R18 has only been around for a short while, all the HARDCORE before the invention of R18 was by some referred to as xxx.

This is UK law.

I am going by what was said very recent on ch5.

It said that you have to have a license and even though you can pay over the phone or net you have to pick it up from the shop.

Allan, what is it about the words 'in Canada' that you don't understand? You also seem never to have heard of buying from overseas. I got two classic French videos from a site in the USA this morning. Customs had opened the package and passed them because if they had been submitted to the bbfc they would have got an R18 certificate.

I would guess this is a legall loop hole. I would think that if you find a country where somone (a business) can buy porn cheap and does not have any licences needed to sell porn, that you could set up a site and sell it from that country.

You could take the orders via the internet in the uk, and pop over to that country once a month or employ somone to post them from that country. Eaither way, its far cheaper than having to get a shop and pay for a licence.

I posted this as somone questioned about buying porn mail order.

I posted this to show what the law states on this.

I do not think it does harm to post it, for those who have not seen it.

I'll say it in simple language. Shut up for a bit before you annoy more people by telling them what they already know.
