I heard a report yesterday that one of the mothers of one of the girls thought she was on a school trip in France. Supposing that the daughter deceived her mother this undermines the notion of them being 'innocents'.

Of course when they are interviewed they will take the opportunity to construct their defence but there isn't one from what I can see. What began as a business arrangement became a 'set-up' at the point at which they got caught !
