Coriander dims the smell of garlic. I usually cook thai chillied garlic prawns with fish sauce & rice. The coriander is essential as I use about 7 cloves of garlic between two people. It's either the coriander or stopping in for an entire week.

Substitute the corriander leaves with fresh ginger to neutralise the garlic smell. Trust me

My favourite meal is anything I eat after Arsenal beat Chelsea, it all tastes good to me then.
