Dogs can be trained but cats are almost alien and god help you if you try to
change their daily routine to suit yours

Yeah, cats & dogs like affection. You can give your dogs hours of fussing, & the dosy git will just sit/lay there wanting more. However, with a cat, as soon as it's had enough, you better stop, or the next thing you know, that fucker is ripping your eyes out/balls off.

Oh trust me! I on more than one occasion let my cat know in no uncertain terms that if she lays her fat, furry, over-shedding self on my bed she gets it. And believe me she got it!! God help me!!

I never really had a problem with any of our cats laying on the bed, ever.
My only problem, 2 of the cats we had (at different times over the last 10 yrs) had a habit of laying on your head, & especially if your like me, with really long hair, the fucker would end up intertwining itself in your hair.
Or on occasions they slept on your head, you'd wake up in the morning with Moggy Face, the fucker would be fast asleep, on your face, bastard. LOL !grin!
