I watched this series online a few weeks ago, I remember it being on when I was a kid and missing half of it. It seemed very slow now, with very little excitement. I can find the link if yer interested, plus I hear its being made into a movie

I seem to remember the BBC series being about 8.00pm mid week, not on a Saturday night, as I missed it all due to rugby training.

I suppose in these days of CGI they'd be able to do The Chrysalids without making some of the mutants look silly. Better as a book, though.

Yeah, it's taped----and I missed it on Thursday to give Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip a go. More4, Aaron Sorkin writing---you know it makes sense.
Still Game is running out of subjects, but it can still raise a laugh---usually thanks to Navid.
