And as Alice said, no one from KG has got involved in the row----nor will they. They know it would cause them, and others, untold harm. My post, if you'd bothered to read it, talked about destructive bickering among supporters, not the companies themselves.

I know nothing about either company. Sam seems to be implying something sinister or unseemly about one, and you are backing that up by sniping away at it. In fact, it seems you do a lot of sniping at companies----didn't you suggest that one had gone out of business, when it is still up and running quite happily?

The row is just stupid, and petty. The fact you keep adding fuel to the fire doesn't help.

If I was an authority watchdog doing its damnedest to cause dissention in the ranks, and perhaps put a few firms out of business, I'm pretty sure I'd post gung-ho support for one particular product, belittle all others, make allegations about the sexual health of performers, and bully one or more in such a way that they'd be afraid to appear on public forum for fear of being accused of things.

Any of that sound at all familiar?

Personally I think many producers are behaving like the string quartet on the Titanic, in denial of the blatant fact that the industry is in it's biggest decline ever. Call me "Mr Gloom" but I think in a year or two the industry will be littered with the carcusses of many once optomistic production companies. I'm not sure why this decline is happening, but I suspect it's the sheer weight of material available.

That's an honest assessment from someone within the industry.

I think that's already started.

Also, the poorly produced material available.

I have to admit I think you're correct, producers still believe that by virtue of the fact they've filmed two people shagging, by definition they can sell it! This may have been true 10 years ago, but consumers want something more now and that's not necessarily, so called, "Production values".

Why don't Admin post weekly rankings, like the Sony Golf World rankings or the ATP tour rankings from tennis for the porn companies..........

...........these rankings don't have to be genuine, they just have to be present to shut some folk up. Don't argue with the rankings, no correspondence will be entered into!

BGAFD Company rankings w/b 3/9/07

1. Jimslip
2. Your Choice
3. Strictly Broadband
4. Kilogram (metric)
5. Bluebird
6. Kilogram (Imperial division)
=======================
7. Amanda Charles
8. Dibble Towers
9. Fudgerama Milfs
10. GlaxoSmithKline

You have to qualify for the top 6 by the end of the year to make the Ride-Her Cup squad.

Honestly, as Carac has said, it has descended into a petty, childish mudslinging tit-for-tat playground mess.

However, as the companies can't be seen to be so petty in an adult world, it wouldn't surprise me if a few of our resident trolls have been PLANTED here to shite-stir on their behalf. The STI fiasco- who started that thread, I wonder? Will have to do a search, hmmmmm. A lot of 'fans' were spamming the O/T forum at the onset of one particualr company's campaign with 'Isn't X hot' propaganda a while back implant said company's name into our consciousness.

Looks like we have several sub-classes of troll now!! The 'KG troll' (there's only one of him, guess who), the 'other-company troll' and the 'good ol' classic' troll.

To be honest, I can't be arsed with it all now; the only viable response is to take the piss.

Self-destruct brigade? The forum has been poisoned by suicide bummers.
