The whole point of taking over Hearts (and the point in him trying to get a foot in the door at East End Park, Tannadice, Dens and McDiarmid Park before that, and as a result being shown the door) was to bring Lithuanians into the Scottish game.

Only the first part of his evil plan. The players would be seen by Premiership clubs and bought for exorbitant amounts, thus giving Vlad more money.
