Mike I think you need to save movie in ULEAD, or export it to a video. Use microsoft encoder to convert or reduce quality for You Tube,

Downloaded Prism for free and it converted my Ulead file (dwz or whatever)
to WMV with no trouble.

I have just downloaded a patch for Ulead Movie Factory. I had a problem with Ulead because the video had a Dolby soundtrack which could not be played in Ulead so I edited in Movie Maker after converting to WMV then converted back to MPEG2 to regain the quality.
