These are the ones that deserve your money, They don't appeal, they tend to rely on volunteers, and if it's like the ones round here, they are just ordinary people from the estate, that can't find work, but want to do something other than sit on their arse watching Jeremy Fucking Kyle.

I donated ?1678 (which i raised through selling home-made hash-truffles) to the Keith Rasputin Abuse of Ladies When They Make An Arse of Him Fund.

On giving him the cheque, he said, "Fuck You. Fuck charities. Fuck Flood threads. See that Red? Fuck her too", before muttering something about how other people aren't funny because nobody laughs at his humour and then kicking a pensioner.

I thought it was a worthy cause, but there's no pleasing some folk.

CIN is unadulterated pish, but if it gets people thinking about others for just one night every year or so, isn't it worth it?

Oh, and the Wogan pay. It's the Beeb that pay him; none of it comes from donations to the cause. When you look at how many folk are prepared to give their time freely for a cause, maybe Wogan should have a long, hard look in the mirror (if nothing else it might let him see just how ridiculous that jig of his is). But that's down to him and his conscience.
