No it doesn't. Being heterosexual, or homosexual is a mindset. For instance, if you fucked another guy for money, and hated every minute, would you be homosexual? The answer is no.

A girl who is racist could just screw black guys because she thinks more of the money, than her feelings towards black people. Fucking the black talent doesn't take away her racism. So it goes that a girl who refuses to work with black talent may not be racist, but just doesn't have a sexual desire for a particular race.

This is sex we're talking about here, not a work colleague on the next desk who you refuse to work alongside because of his skin colour.

I could give you another example: A woman with one leg, or how about an 80 year old lady? Are you saying I'd have issues if I refused to work with either? What about old guys who seek out porn where it's a young girl fucking an old guy? Are they ageist? Surely they have issues about young people?
