The property should be dirt-cheap. I've only been once, so I'm hardly an
expert.

Where abouts did you go? and would it appeal to people on holiday....food, drink etc?

Well, I only fell into it during a tour of Corfu, for a one-day tour in 1993-ish.

The food was awful [think USSR under Stalin; but the service v. much
better], the peeps guarded [literally !!!] but friendly. Luckily, our guide
was savvy enough that we could talk to the locals for a few mins, and
they seemed v. nice. Coastline wonderful and [obviously] unspolit, weather
brilliant.

It's very like that bit of the old FYR that looks towards Italy [there's a port
there. but memory fails], but a LOT cheaper.
